      Base salary , good benefits, trips and bonuses

      Cons

      Alot of fake ness at the meetings,, team full of women so at times can be catty. Sell sell sell atmosphere , burn out quickly,, limited amount of insurance available to customers.

      Great support, awesome culture, lots of ways to grow within the company, incredible mission.

      Cons

      Wish more people knew how important it is to have insurance and protect their families. PFP does a great job of educating but it can be hard when many customers say "no".
