Your comments are important to us. We are sorry that you feel your concerns have not been heard or addressed. Employee feedback and change are welcomed and have become part of our culture. Most of our new ideas come directly from our employees. That is one reason why we provide an employee engagement survey as one of the many ways we are collaborating with our employees. This provides a forum for honest discussion and ideas. It is also meant to demonstrate our openness to listening as well as our determination to take action and continue to create positive impact together.
We have an open door policy for employees to share concerns like this.
