Here at PFP, we are proud to offer generous time off so our employees can have work life balance. This is offered through 10 paid company holidays, family leave in accordance with the federal law, and paid time off which can be used however the employee chooses. We offer accruals monthly based on 10 work days per month. 1st year accrues one day per month or equal to 12 days off in your first year in addition to the holidays. Years 2-5 accrues 1.5 days per month or 18 days off. Years 6-14 accrues 2 days per month or 24 days off. Years 15+ accrues 2.25 days per month or 27 days annually. CARRY OVER up to 20 Days per year.
