I liked the opportunity to grow and to take more responsibilities and to be able to work independently. The other employees are fairly young.
Cons
The management does not appreciate its workers and does not provide any benefits other than health insurance. No 401k, no pension, no paid maternity leave and you need to coordinate your vacation with the big boss.
