      I really liked the people in my department, we supported and cared about each other. Learned from other sales people.

      Cons

      I don't like being lied to, bullied, intimidated and disregarded. This I some poorly qualified management.

      Pros

      The salary and commissions are comparable to other companies in the industry and better than other inside sales jobs in the area. The office was upgraded and the workspace is ample and has all the tools needed to make effective sales calls (computer, phone, CRM system). The benefits (health, vacation, and retirement) are available after 90 days of employment.

      Cons

      Public transportation is not convenient. Having your own transportation to get to the office is desirable. You should consider bringing your lunch (there is a refrigerator & microwave) since restaurants are not very convenient.

      No so micromanaged and you have some flexibly.

      Place in a revolving door, Below average pay and below average job.
