Very good at marketing the product to make it look good and like the place is well ran. Maybe if they spent that time in other areas it would be a better place to work. Probably not though

Over all a horrible place they sell it very good over the phone but once employed it’s very clear that it’s not a good place to work. Very high turnover was only there a few months and witnessed at least 5 people leave. Long term employees will tell wish you luck because even they do not like it there. Most people who work there are very rude and have no respect. Safety is non existent. Nobody wears PPE not even safety shoes. At one point a live robot was in production with zero guarding around it. Was told just to press an estop if needed to work near it. Management is very poor all they do is blame people for everything. The COO walks around bossing people around being extremely rude to them. Countless rework because everything seems to be trail and error. Overall negative environment.

Few people on floor are nice.

I am sharing my personal experience to help future candidates make an informed decision. I initially became interested in this company due to its strong presence on LinkedIn and the way it presents itself as a technologically advanced organization in the GTA. However, after joining, my experience did not align with those expectations. • My experience with leadership and management style was challenging and, at times, felt unprofessional to me. • I found that business decisions appeared to prioritize financial outcomes over employee well-being, which conflicted with the company’s public messaging. • The work environment felt high-pressure, and I observed frequent turnover, which made long-term stability seem uncertain. • From my perspective, the equipment and solutions offered emphasized cost control, while being positioned in the market as premium products. • I experienced repeated rework due to shifting priorities and short timelines, despite an emphasis on efficiency. • I joined based on public branding and online reviews, but my actual experience differed significantly. • I also noticed a strong focus on social-media promotion from employees, which did not personally align with my expectations of workplace culture. • At one point, there was a large external video production crew filming machines for marketing purposes. This created some confusion for me regarding priorities, as it felt more like a media production environment than an engineering-focused workplace. This is my personal opinion based solely on my time with the company. Others may have different experiences, but I encourage candidates to ask detailed questions during the interview process to ensure alignment with their expectations.
