Pros

I don't know who wrote the other review, but I'm guessing it's someone who either is being forced to or another scheme to get unsuspecting individuals to apply. Other departments I will say, seem to enjoy working there so maybe it's just certain initiatives.

Cons

Un-reasonable expectations and again a lack of understanding of basic marketing principals. Very caught-up in buzz-word/catch-phrase marketing practices. Also lacking severely in competitive integrity - questionable job requests which basically can be interpreted as "long-term" borrowing of IP if you catch my drift. You will be forced to do things you might not want to do. These people will spin you a story, tell you something amazing about their business and you will realize after it's too late that you've gotten yourself into a terrible, terrible predicament. If you get nothing from this review - know that these people are micro-managers, extreme, extreme micro-managers.

Pros

Work on very cool projects

Cons

Extreme turnover. Only 7 or 8 people have been with company more than 5 years. over half the company has been with the company less than 2year. of 60 people at the company. I think most of these reviews are fake too. multiple reviews days apart in September and February. a few use the same words and phrases as well. and there were no project managers with 8 years experience (as one of the reviews says). look on LinkedIn, no employee will match. Company is always behind on projects because they are understaffed and most employees are under 30, so there is an experience gap. Lucky for company there are supply chain issues to hide behind as an excuse, because most projects are delayed because poor management and ridiculous timelines. work culture is very bad, most people get burnt out and quit or are fired if they don't want to work extra. by time I left there had already been ~12 people quit/fired in about the first half of 2022.
