      Pros

      You'll be dealing with high end product and the latest developments in all sports. A mostly fun atmosphere. A lot of enthusiasts work there.

      Cons

      Senior management has a hard time adhering to a plan. Once a decision has been made see it through - stop second guessing yourselves after the die has been cast!

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
