Our customers are big name companies and they continue to grow. I love our mission and impact in the world. It is a great place to accelerate your career since so much new work needs ownership and scope is growing. Your work matters and you aren't just a cog in a big company machine.

Team is split between remote employees and the main office in Vancouver. I like flexibility to work from home, but center of energy is in Vancouver, and most social and informal interactions. It is hard to have the same relationships remotely.

Insane pivots in direction and a total lack of connection and understanding between management and the rest of the company. Unrealistic expectations and blame put in the wrong places. Stagnant positions for growth due to poor prioritization, no time to learn and get mentorship, and steadily decreasing diversity in leadership roles.
