Interview
My experience with this company's hiring process was disappointing.
The process included a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and a system design assessment with a specific deadline. I invested significant time completing the assessment and submitted it before the deadline. After that, I was asked to provide my availability for the next round, which I promptly did.
However, after submitting my availability, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past two weeks, I received no response from the recruiter regarding the status of my application.
What I find most frustrating is that if the company had decided not to move forward with my candidacy, a simple rejection email would have been appreciated. Instead, after investing considerable time in the assessment process, I was left without any update or closure.
Candidates invest their personal time preparing for interviews and completing assessments. The lack of communication after requesting that effort demonstrates a lack of respect for candidates' time.
Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective candidates to carefully consider whether they want to invest significant time in this interview process.
Actually the worst interview I've ever had. Recruiter was not attentive from the very start. Distracted. Went through a list, didn't treat it as a conversation. PD if you're trying to build a solid sales team you need to have people recruiting who can actually hold a conversation.

Pretty standard process, with initial HR screening then a follow-up up more focused interview for round 2. They asked basic experience questions, what I thought product management meant etc. They were building the function from scratch and sounded like they needed a more senior PM hire for the first position.
