      Fully remote for enterprise/corporate staff. Occasional opportunities for interesting travel. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Ongoing production issues, which led to decreased sales, which led to slashed budgets, which led to quarterly layoffs. It always felt like we were trying to catch up instead of moving forward.

      Pros

      A lot of good people that care a lot about the industry and bringing it forward.

      Cons

      several horrible business decisions by upper management that didn't know cannabis put the company in distress. Constant layoffs, constant fear of losing your job. No raise for several years.
