I think most of the company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings a lot of positive energy in the team. If you are doing good then you will get better in return. You will always feel motivated in this organization. Great Work Culture, Best of talented colleagues, team training meeting. The Company has many pros like Decent Hike, Friendly Colleagues, Good Clients, Job Security etc. It has great/collegial working Culture/Atmosphere. The Company has played a vital role in my Career Growth. Higher management is always open/supportive of new ideas. They are always ahead in retaining employees There is a huge potential for growth in the organization if tapped well. Also, the work here is very flexible giving you a chance to learn a lot. Almost a 1+ year working with PHR.The experience has been brilliant so far. Many things I have learned from them which I was not aware earlier and it increased my confidence level Though I read negative comments I still joined this company as I had nothing in my hand. I was cautious while joining however later found there are hypothetical negative reviews. Salary is on time. Help was availed when needed.

There is no room for a person who don't want to grow and who want to work as an employee . Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts
