Brokens vans that windows switch are missing so you have to claw the window open with the half intended switches. Rear doors broken. Service warning lights dashboard warning lights. Doors don't close properly on drover side Badly maintained vans. Parcels are damaged and thrown around. Loud squeaky brakes. Better vans are given to preferred people. I asked for a better one. I was told because your agency this is what you get given. Training is next to nothing. Manager calls you oi you instead of your name. Endless bad negatives. The worst company I work for also the pda given for work doesn't match with address details on paperwork. So half the time it's guess work. The pda also dies after 4 hours of work. They don't give agency spare batteries so be prepared to use you phones. Get treated like filth in this place unless your best mates with the team leaders. Endless negatives.
