Pros
Great people work at Pariveda. My coworkers are, in general, motivated, intelligent, and social/approachable people. Culture and corporate values such as volunteerism are held central to the success of the company. There is a well defined path for promotion which helps to maintain employee satisfaction and motivation. Management is accessible and corporate structure is not overly hierarchical; even at as entry level employee, you feel as if your opinion is valued, and you are able to make an impact. As a whole, the company is very transparent with financial goals and status.
Cons
Experience varies a lot by project. Depending on the office, client and project, team dynamics, normalized work/life expectations, and commute times can be drastically different. But that's just the nature of consulting.
