The company is still growing into its potential and there are definite growing pains - not everyone is aligned and the sales strategy can be ambiguous. This is a function in part of the autonomy granted to each market and the leaders in the markets, but it is also due to the future-looking perspective of the CEO - sometimes the "now" is more difficult because we are focused on the future state.
