No Bonus No pay adjustments for inflation COLA is not being done to adjust to inflation rates past few years Only way to get a raise is to get promoted which is not guaranteed and eligibility is 1 year to next level Projects are not on current technologies Not much growth opportunities Lot of turnover recently - lost some really good people
