      Pros

      Potential for interesting work not usually available in the mid-west. A casual work atmosphere with lots of interaction with others.

      Cons

      No career path - you stay where you're hired in. No resource or product planning more than two weeks ahead. Management is always right so say "yes" to everything.

      The owners are super supportive of your work and family. The products are edge-cutting and exciting for any engineers to join and develop.
