Toxic work environment. No clear communication between CFO and managers. Too many managers with different directions, creating confusion and not accountable at managers level. Managers are not taking responsibilities and blaming work culture. Overtime is expected during weekdays and weekends from management and managers. Management, CFI and managers are having close relationships. Meeting on weekends for 'outings'.
