      Great to grow quickly Chill vibes Encouraging for juniors

      Cons

      Favouritism Fake transparency No defined relationship with peer ( you are not my family, I’m only here to work) Product doesn’t make sense Everyone is leaving They act like they are a big company even tho they are less than <200 making leadership seem bigger than they are. Like chill you are only third level boss.
