Pros

Office assistants and doctors are great. Nice new facility, clean and lots of well run groups. Nursing staff is understanding and helpful as well.

Cons

Terrible management, unorganized training, gossipy, talking bad about employees in front of other employees , favoritism among staff, lack of useful training to the job, criticism (not constructive), put downs, sarcasm and write ups over guidance, support and instruction. Management definitely wont listen to any concerns you have, they will talk over you, and then laugh together about it behind closed doors, instead of addressing the issues and coming up with useful solutions. Open door policy doesnt actually exist, as managers are rarely available and when they are, it is only to tell employees all the things they are doing wrong. They have a general lack of empathy towards not just employees, but clients as well, joking regularly about their struggles. The company as a whole is possibly doing great things, but only because of the few passionate employees who truly care and want to help the clients. However, the unsupportive management makes it an unbearable place to work.

Pros

Excellent medical, dental and optical insurance, referral for recommendation, 50% match for 403B

Cons

clickish, 50% match for 403B but you cant get it out unless for education, eviction or medical bills and management has to approve it.

Pros

This place was ok. They service SMI population/co- occurring diagnosis. It was by far the most fun place I got to work at and enjoyed my clients and co workers. Benefits were ok if single but not for family. If you are bilingual you can apply to get a pay difference and just have to take a test and score high enough. Pay different was 2$ an hour.

Cons

Administrator and HR need great improvement in employee relations. They created a hostile environment. Unfair practices. Have high expectations with low compensation. High turn over.
