- Low pay, no raise and no promotion - Avoid evening shifts—make sure to clarify this when joining, otherwise you may get stuck with evening shifts - Clear partiality—employees who joined earlier are always given preference - High turnover rate. Everyone I started with quit. - Rude management in Pharmacy — just dictate and don’t really listen to your words, poor communication with leadership
