      Pros

      Fantastic customer universe and market place if your curious about technology and best practice innovation. Evolving and maturing ''go to market'' team which is working on some game changing strategies.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and sometimes choatic - guessing that's normal for a venture capital backed SaaS business. Also the founders are relatively young so sometimes get shiny toy syndrome:-)

      Product, people , culture, spiffs, encouraging

      Cons

      They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

      Pros

      Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

      Cons

      CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
