      Pros

      I worked under the R&D team and has been here about a year. This is a young, dynamic and global team. I work with colleagues from different offices and with very different culture. I feel proud that I am part of the team tackling world’s difficult tech issues that help IP and R&D companies make better decisions.

      Cons

      The team in Singapore is getting smaller than last year. Hope company could invest more resource and time in R&D.

      Product, people , culture, spiffs, encouraging

      Cons

      They don’t spend enough money on the sales team. Laptop you receive is cheap and can effect your work especially during a zoom call with a client

      Pros

      Good people in UK, US and Canada who are trying their best, considering the lack of investment and micromanagement by CEO.

      Cons

      CEO wants to grow in US market, but at Chinese prices, which shows his lack of understanding and strategy. 100% of R&D in China, while rest of world decoupling from China. Company not able to keep top talent, many of CEO's leaders know he is not capable, but hang out for the paycheck.
