When have made huge changes in the past year to improve our communications. These have been received well by our people and we are pleased that these improvements have led to a significant increase in this year’s engagement survey scores for the communications category. We have a weekly meeting for all employees where everything from strategy to development are openly shared and discussed. Also quarterly management meetings are cascaded to everyone at PatSnap with all slides shared – very open and transparent. Huge company kick off have also been a continued routine. The leadership behaviours you describe do not reflect our company values and leadership behaviours. We are running a Leadership 360-degree assessment process in the new year to identify where improvements can be made.
