* Sharing is Caring - one of the best thing i have ever noticed is that "guys in here share knowledge with others which will help in the growth of the individuals as well as the Company". i personally have this exp where i have learnt lot of things from other employees. * At Path we don't compete, we dominate - this is cent% true with this company. why? the R& D which the company invests a lot has made it to dominate. * PE & Support - There are big boys playing in here who have shown there efficiency as well as expertise many a times. * Ready to Invest - if there is something useful that helps in your growth & the company's growth, the company is ready to invest for anything - employees, infrastructure, training sessions from outside etc.
Cons
Workaholics - i shouldn't say this as a con but watching people working more and more u will make your self too to work more. Rest nothing matters.
