Pros

Helping the clients and making them happy

Cons

Horrible mileage compensation, NOT flexible at all with your schedule (they dont care if you have an emergency), the "LEADERS" do not have a decent communicating gene in their body. [lots of "yups" and "of course!"]. They do not listen to you genuinely. Supervisors do not accurately train their staff, supervisors gossip about other staff to other staff which is very unprofessional. Most "on site" training lasts hands on for about 15 minutes in which 0% information is retained and you are written up due to poor supervisor/DC training. Sites are usually kept in FILTHY [urine/feces] conditions. Leaders almost never keep a clean space for their clients unless an event is going on at the site. Just overall not a fun place to work for but it is easy money which is why people do it.

Pros

Unfortunately, there are not many pros to working at this company anymore. It used to be a good place to work, until Michelle Newman took over as CEO. Since then, her inability to admit mistakes and constant need for control has made the company take a turn for the worse.

Cons

Micromanaging might as well be one of their core values. "Servant Leadership" which the pride therselves on is just a way for them to bring in people who care about others and give them the idea that they will be helping people but the reality is the company is riddled with double standards, fraud, and many other awful things. It is tragic because there are so many people counting on the company to take care of them.
