      Pros

      Co-workers are overall very nice and friendly, the work is interesting at the most part, and work-home balance is quite good.

      Cons

      It is a known fact that things in Payoneer are messy, and are lack of planning. It mostly focuses on "extinguishing fires" rather than a more "planned" approach. Also, compared to other places in the industry, rewards and salary are significantly lower.

      Competitive salary, kind and supportive colleagues, and a pleasant office culture.

      Cons

      Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
