Pros

10 bis - 40 NIS per day, kind and understanding management, taxis, possibility to work from home, parking for employees.

Cons

Low salary, terrible attitude, quantity to quality preference, no one cares about your opinion, voicing your concern is punished and neglected, trying to squeeze max out of an employee, not caring about their needs, wishes or personal concers outside job. Immense workload and tons of pressure. One employee is given 5-7 times more workload a single person can handle. The company is very two-faced and hypocritical - while positionng itself as friendly, employee-centricic and with family environment, it is totally the opposite. Working there is extremely stressful and it doesn't pay off. "The company is always right" attitude, you can never prove they did something wrong. The job is getting harder every single day due to tons of updates and new implementations, which add responsibilities and makes the work harder for exactly the same salary.
