Pros

-Free Friday Lunches -No Micromanagement -Co-workers and Lower Management are ok -Allowed to travel to Payoneer offices in other countries to continue working

Cons

-Pay is fairly low and raises are slight incremental at best -Payroll constantly "forgot" to pay out bonuses on the day they were due -Work is extraordinarily mundane, customers ask the same group of questions and the same answers are given day in and day out -Clear racist undertones - The huge majority of minorities were kept in Customer Service, while the mid-level positions were filled with vastly white employees. I was there for years and scarcely ever saw this change. Personality Cult - Hard work goes virtually nowhere, you can only be promoted either by being buddies with managers or constantly kissing up to upper level management everyday. Employees with terrible writing and communication skills who completely ignored policy and procedure were promoted all the time.

Pros

Competitive salary, kind and supportive colleagues, and a pleasant office culture.

Cons

Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
