Pros

- Great people, management and culture - Superb work life balance. Rarely do I find myself working after hours as long as I get the work done. - Using industrywise tools - Awesome work from home policy (varies by team)

Cons

- Big changes are difficult to make - Lots of data but not really data driven. Using a lot of heuristics instead of machine learning, constantly using vendors instead of building inhouse models and tools - Salary on the lower range of the industry - Embarrassing Parental leave - Office location isn't the most accessible by public transport. Rumor has it we'll be moving to even a worse location.

Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
