Pros

They give you CIBUS, they always pay on the first day of the month, there are many good benefits, people is nice in general and depending on your TL you can manage your own schedule.

Cons

The salary is way lower than any other hightech/fintech company, it's paid per hour, there is no global salary so you never really know how much you made until you get your salary, the month is from 23 to 22 so some months are shorter than others and you make less money, and every time there's an update of new rules or decisions, it always affects the employees instead of helping them, specially regarding the salary. Management is really bad.

Competitive salary, kind and supportive colleagues, and a pleasant office culture.

Cons

Lack of structured systems, frequent staff turnover that makes it difficult to identify the appropriate point of contact (POC), and challenges in obtaining data with sufficient historical tracking.
