The upper management at the India office in Gurgaon , especially the marketing/digital team was nasty to the core, politics, and power play at it's worst, would enforce a bureaucratic work culture The infrastructure was poor and the laptops provided were two decades old. The flexi timing is only for managers and not other employees, salary is not as per industry standards. Pointless meetings are held on a regular basis which really hamper productivity and efficiency.
