Flexi time - TPO has a great flexible working scheme, you can flex your hours between 7am to 7pm and work from home 1-3 days a week, there is a real work-life balance here. Development - they are really keen to progress employees and give them opportunities to learn and grow. Office - the office is really nice and modern with a good canteen Sociable - previous reviews say that there are not many social events, but there have been quite a few since I've been working here, people are really friendly and willing to go out after work for social events.
