Pros
I have worked for Pentius for over 3 years and have had an amazing experience. I started out working doing small tasks and projects and moved up to bigger and better things. The management worked with my schedule as well as my skill level and never gave me something that I was impossible for me to handle. The other developers that I work with are also very knowledgeable and great to work with and are always willing to lend a hand to help you out which goes a long way. Over the 3 years I have been with the company, I have seen the company grow a ton and there's always something new and exciting to work on so you'll never grow bored. They reward you on how much effort you put in and it really shows. If you have motivation to perform the work and are willing to speak up when you're having problems, you will do just fine.
Cons
This is not necessarily a downside about working for Pentius as it is working from home in general, but you need to find a balance between work and personal life. Most everyone at the company work from home so you need to be able to set aside time for work and time for yourself. Having a spare bedroom or an office space really helps.
