Pros

Company is only good for freshers. Please go throught the cons whether you are experianced.

Cons

You will be a slave from the joining date. You wont see any firm like this culture. CEO doesnt know how to intract with employees, he will use bad words with out considering female employees are in the meeting. Onsite: Totally fake one. They need seniors for a short time period for completing the project from scratch and they wont send you abroad. Only possibility they will do is that, you will be fired. Each day any of them will be fired. Before joining PTG.Read and think it. Am also for onsite opertunity and i resigned bcoz of this issue. Atleast you need to wait for 1.5years to get a confirmation for onsite. And there is no assurity on that. When am joining PTG,Ihad gone throught the glassdore reviews and there is no trace for onsite review. Please save your carrer. Process for onsite will be completed. But CEO will need to take the decision whether to send or not.Stamping itself done successfully. But atlast you will be mad about the culture and the process. No one from a better firm can't withstand there. CEO is the king and we are the slaves atlast.

Pros

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

Cons

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
