      Pros are you dont have project to work. but you get paid every month

      Why do they keep hiring when there is no work and later ask them to voluntarily resign without any compensation.

      The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

      Cons

      1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
