Pros
- Decent Clients with short term projects. - Dedicated team of folks to provide fake positive feedbacks in Glassdoor and other social platforms to keep the company rating high. (Evident from Rating trend on Glassdoor) - One company multiple names (PeopleTech Group / PTG / CodeSmart etc...) - Pro Native Language supporter. This point helped me survive for some time. - Company still alive cause of CEO. But one person cannot run show for long.
Cons
- Management is REAL arrogant. Imagine a PMP certified professional explaining the company management filled with idiots on how to manage projects. I had the same case (Even PMP says that people and politics are involved and should be managed accordingly.) - Had to join this company for short duration through CodeSmart (Again, same management for both these companies) - Neither the placement team handles resource allocations well nor do the management allow respective leads to take decisions on existing resource allocations. Hence a complete chaos.
