Pros
I no longer work at PerfectMind as I recently moved to a new role, but in general, I enjoyed working there. I am going to miss my fun and helpful co-workers, my supportive manager, our wonderful clients, and a friendly environment.
Cons
In my experience, middle management was pretty much always reasonable and supportive. However, I can't say the same for the executives who often didn't seem to act in the interest of the employees, but rather in their own interests.
