Not good for your Career and Bad Management @ PerfectMind
Pros
Pros: • Only good thing is that the legacy software that their clients were using was discontinued and they got the opportunity to help the clients and enter the market rapidly and don’t think the software is at all that great (but yes its improving). • There are lots of clients coming, but I don’t think to be honest Perfect Mind actually knows how to handle this situation and promise a lot to their Clients which in-turn stresses lots of employees. • They have moved into a new office in Burnaby, which is a bigger office space. But honestly an office doesn’t make a good company, the people you work with makes it good or bad.
Cons
I have taken my time to write this review, since it was a really bad experience for me and I regret working at PerfectMind. • They treat their employees without respect and mostly show favouritism in many departments. • The Senior Management doesn't care about employees even though they say they care and pretend. • Most of the employees are unhappy in many departments.(very evident in the amount of employees leaving almost every couple of months) • Even the HR left the company and couldn’t do anything to change the environment. • They give really cheap laptops to employees which at end of day is a minor thing but sometimes very important because you are using it for work all the time. • Senior management, CEO and VP, Client Services has only ever worked in PerfectMind so unfortunately don’t know much about how employees should be treated and how to hire and retain employees. • This company has the most attrition in any tech company I have ever worked for i.e. employees leaving as soon as they realize the real situation at PerfectMind.
