      Pros

      1- No hike is provided after completing 2.5 years and in reason saying you didn't work on client site. But the truth is they don't have any project or client. 2- Didn't get a single chance to face any client interview. 3- They don't have any project but still hiring people and make them to sit on a bench for a year then will fire them and will ask the bond amount and this is only the way of earning for them.

      Cons

      1- They just believe in show off. Torturing employees and scolding in front of all just to make the fear of work. 2- leave policy is not good, can take only 0.5 ( half ) day leave in a month. They don't believe in medical certificate also as a proof.

      Pros

      Very Good Company to work for. Being a beginner you will get a good exposure to work you are going to be part of. Management plans good training sessions for SV, UVM and latest Protocols to get the employees accelerate on the project. Good Salary scale. Being a sincere engineer, you will be paid really good. I've had a really good experience working with the CEO , HR and management of the company. Company would provide good opportunities in terms of ASIC, FPGA, SOC - Functional Logic Verification, Design, Gate Level, Physical Design etc. You will have an opportunity to deal and work with leading edge companies in Silicon Valley. Work life balance is good.
