5yAs a small, bootstrapped company, we strive for enough structure to avoid chaos while being flexible for our people. We leverage multiple WFH days per month and flex-time with core hours to help us find work/life harmony. When you join a bootstrapped startup (and receive equity) you'll need to invest a little extra time and effort. We aren't perfect, but our average length of employment is over 4 years. At the end of the day, the company's continued success and stability ensure employee wellbeing in the long term, something extra precious in these times.
