      Same as every other Desi consulting company. Pay is ok, start at 50-60. The training is broad, but you must take the initiative to learn on your own.

      Cons

      Same as every other Desi consulting company. Management is aloof about training, they treat their employees like sweatshop labor. Placements are sub par.

      1) Awesome job opportunity 2) Good stuff for training on various languages 3) Wonderful staff for profile marketing, doubt clearing sessions 4) The staff in always in contact with you to guide while you are on site
