Pros
At one point, Perk did not have a shortage of good & smart people. Unfortunately greed and poor (or lack there of) human resources really sent the company down hill. Perk had a good company culture despite of itself for a long time. That ended during the lay offs of May 2016.
Cons
+ Bro Culture + No Growth Opportunities (without being petty and threatening to leave) + Multiple overlooked HR infractions, which included victim blaming (see: Bro Culture) + Non Existent Communication (re: Communication is used a currency, consistently. If there's nothing gained from you knowing something , you don't know). + "Do what your told" sentiment is exhausting + Depending on your position, be prepared to work and be available 24/7 + No trainings or encouragement to grow your skill set + Most Products & Features are fire & forget + Little to no thought goes into the user experience of the products
