      Haha! Pros ? Erm....... .............. .............. .............. .............. Genuinely can’t think of 1 single Pro. Other than when j left !!

      Cons

      Where to begin.... the Essex region has the highest churn of homes. Management dreadful. They rope you in on £16k with zero (ZERO!!!) commission for 6 months and then they capped my commission after 9 months of employment. They are honestly a joke.

      Working for Persimmon has been great. Flexible to your schedule, self-driven and clinical support is always helpful.

      The business structure is non-traditional which has its drawbacks.
