I’ve been with the company for nearly a year in a Consultant Relations and Talent Management role, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. This role has provided an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. One of the standout aspects of the company is its people. The team is incredibly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. Leadership is accessible and transparent, consistently providing clear direction while also encouraging autonomy and new ideas. There’s a strong sense of trust, which makes it easy to take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully. The role itself is both dynamic and rewarding. I’ve had the chance to build strong relationships with consultants and play a key role in aligning talent with business needs. With new leadership has come a wave of positive change, including the introduction of new processes and procedures aimed at improving efficiency and long-term growth. As with any period of transformation, employees have responded in different ways. While many have embraced the changes and the new direction, others are still adjusting to updated ways of working. That said, leadership has done a great job fostering open communication and encouraging collaboration, helping teams navigate the transition together. None, lol look at any of the positive reviews and see how vague they are. At best, there are some friendly people that work here. That’s also true, everywhere. Even the presidents club trip is a joke.

Awful pay - no transparency too, people with completely different commission structures despite same title and experience. Base salaries are bad, way below industry standard. No support - minimal tools, no BD support, leads, etc. they are bare bones operations to keep costs as low as possible. Office environment is sad, besides the few friendly people, it’s depressing, lacks any motivation and you question why you’re even working there. Terrible benefits - whatever is the federal or state minimum, that’s what you’ll get. Some of the worst leadership - board micromanages, directors aren’t honest with leadership out of fear and only a handful of staff have been retained. Financially, company isn’t doing well and no future outlook using tech or AI. Board just wants to try and pay their bills, keep kids in college and hope to sell company before they get replaced or shut down.
