SoCal Philz Culture is Not SF Philz Culture - Barista Philz Coffee Employee Review

I previously worked for Philz in the Bay Area and moved to a location in southern California- the culture of Philz was totally lost. It's aggressively money driven and the idea that we're there to "better people's days" seems totally lost here, baristas needs were the last priority despite them being the backbone of the store
