Pros
Reasonable demands of field sales, but rewards for success are there. Great regional and sales manager. President is very hands on and competent. Good with vacation days and personal days.
Cons
Some what limited options for promotion since it is a small company. Harrisburg is not the best city to relocate to, but the office is nice.
