      Pay higher than most, opportunity to advance, well established company, full benefits

      Cons

      Workload more than can be done, not enough help from corporate, micromanaging, not enough pay for the expectations, takes too long for benefits to kick in, they want you to be 100% dedicated but will fire you on the spot for no particular reason other than they don't want to give you a raise or promotion

      If you like regionals who are racist and pick and choose who they like, gossip and talk crap about other employees, friends with HR so you have no protection from awful employees
