Pros

PAC has a tremendously diverse population of children that fall under the autistic spectrum. From high functioning teenagers to young children with Downs Syndrome, the diversity and community feeling within the collaborative is something to be proud of. The pay is very fair given the marketplace for other jobs within the industry, with very sizeable increases as courses are completed and other educational milestones are reached. As is the case in any school system, there is definitely room for advancement if additional school is obtained, etc.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of communication with the management, but those are few and far between. The upper level executives are very approachable, and they can be found in classrooms throughout the day. Sometimes there are difficulties within staffing in the collaborative, as many different opinions dictate how a class is run depending on who the teacher is.
