Pros

Good pay, families are ok to work with, some of the supervisors are supportive.

Cons

The expectations to work outside of contracted hours on cases. Some supervisors do not understand that as an hourly employee, you are not obligated to work weekends or after a certain time. Some supervisors expect answers to text or email right away. Some of the families you work with are not supportive of the goals you are trying to reach with students. Pay for travel is not included, even with rising gas prices. There is an expectation to utilize your personal phone/technology, but no stipends for it. Management will do anything to fill cases, as this is their ultimate goal. Relationship with management and employees could be improved. Also, there are not any benefits and employees can't work more than 20 hours.
